Return & Refund Policy

At Simple Specs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns can be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. If your product includes customised prescription lenses, only the frame portion is eligible for return, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. In such cases, only the frame price will be refunded.

No Complaint of frame size and disliking will be entertained, check size guide media and help video thoroughly before placing your order its your responsibility.

Please note that customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address at their own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

A full refund, including the lens cost, will only be issued if the lenses are received broken, damaged, or made with the wrong prescription.
